It was a decent place for that price. Literally close to everything I loved everything about stay. Shower head was amazing. Bathroom sink needs fixing but overall I will deff book again. Excellent location for those who don’t drive access to everything tours, beaches FOOD. Amazing.

Panoramic? Down 5th Avenue maybe... but NO seaview

Panoramic Studio, it was supposed to be, with a partial seaview, but there was no seaview to speak of, unless you count seeing what you suspect is the sea between some leaves of trees in the distance? I'm also not sure why they were called Studios, as there was just a fridge freezer, a bed and a wardrobe/cupboard, but even the bedside tables were ripped out ... so nothing to sit on like a chair or sofa, even on the balcony ...

Way over priced for condition of room

Old run down. Bed was horrible. Was supposed to be a panoramic view. Only one glass door to street. Loud music every night until 1:30 am. Rooms are directly over bars with loud music. Did have AC and hot water.

What was advertised in the pictures is not what we got. We got a dirty, dingy, smelly. Tiny room. Beds super hard, towels super dingy and old. We had to convince the attendant to give us new ones. The walls were super dirty, tiles in the bathroom falling off. Faucets and sink had left over toothpaste and soap from the previous renter. We do own we were not aware of it being situated in the middle of 5th ave—smack in the middle of the busy strip. We were totally taken advantage of at 150 per night, boy was it a pig sty. For 160 per night we rented a room at the Hyatt in Merida for our next part of our trip. Terrible place Mayab hotel. Disgusting.

This property is right on 5th avenue. Entrance is on 2nd st North, pretty close to 5th Avenue. Balcony faces 5th avenue and is pretty loud late into the night. If sound bothers you, you should reconsider. wifi is pretty good speed. Room is small but comfortable for 2. AC worked well, staff is friendly. Easy to get in and get out. Nothing fancy about this place but budget friendly and all the dining options available to you on 5th Ave.

Buen lugar, sin embargo no hay recepción, debes marcar para que te atiendan, jajaj, tampoco había personal apto para ofrecer servicio a no parlantes de español, sin embargo excelente por el precio y las instalaciones

Le pire hotel que je ai Jamais vu !!!!! Déjà en arrivant à 18h personne a l entrée j ai attendu que quelqu’un arrive et appelle le réceptioniste! Après la chambre ne correspondait pas à ma réservation j étais sensée avoir une double fenêtre….. l état de ma chambre regardait les photos tout est cassé !!!!rouille sur tout les robinets, quand je suis arrivé les toilettes étaient même pas nettoyé et le ménage n a jamais été fait pendant mon séjour…. Le bruit je ne peux rien dire car je le savais mais je pensais qu il y avait un double vitrage ! Bref ma pire expérience avec hotel.com

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cuenta con alberca en la azotea y tiene refri en la habitacion y el personal fue cordial todo el tiempo eso fue lo rescatable de nuestra reserva... Pero las instalaciones son viejas y todo se ve así, las sábanas y el baño, la llave del baño en pésimas condiciones y olía a humedad y a drenaje todo el tiempo, no volvería a reservarlo.

Al ser económico, hay varios aspectos descuidados. El más desagradable, para nosotras, fue que el baño no tiene ventilación y al tener cerrado el cuarto sale el aroma a sanitario y a humedad, que se impregna en la ropa, tanto de la cama como la personal. Era desagradable llegar de la calle y entrar a la habitación porque el aroma era intenso. La mayoría de los muebles o accesorios están rotos o en mal estado. Lo bueno, que hay un refrigerador, ventilador y aire acondicionado. Lo mejor su ubicación en la Quinta avenida y a una cuadra del mar.
