No coffee in the rooms. We had to take the elevator down four floors every morning to the lobby for a coffee urn that was often empty. One time we were chastised for using too large of coffee mugs! We experienced no running water for two days in total and power outages. We usually were treated with indifference and apathy by the Raphael when we approached him with issues. The kitchenettes were very poorly provisioned with utensils, dishes and cookware. The rooms were nice, the cleaners and others at the front desk were pleasant and the top deck pool was awesome!
