The property is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who works at the side exit on 6th. It has a beautiful rooftop area with lots of seating, clean bathrooms, and a nice view.

The room met all of our needs for a family of six. The beds were comfortable & having two bathrooms was great. The room had three ac units. We were able to easily walk to get a meal. Pavel the bartender was so welcoming and we enjoyed spending time with him at the bar almost every day we were there. Each day he suggested a new drink & they were always delicious! He even offered pool side service. The pools decks were relaxing & the views from the pools were great. We read reviews about noise. Not once did we hear noise during our stay & slept great. We felt safe & all of our needs were met. The only thing that was difficult was getting out or the parking garage but an associate opened the gate every time & guided you.

I asked for my room getting cleaned and they only put complimentary water and coffee once on the check in! They are the only hotel I know that asks for a check out at 11am and this is horrible!!
