The hotel was clean, staff was helpful.. Check in was good. However, it was on a busy roundabout with hundreds of trucks daily. As someone from North America relying on air conditioning, the room was dreadfully hot. As one could not always keep the windows open because of street traffic it made for unpleasant sleeping. We were there for 6 nights. If coming in the summer, Hamburg is getting hotter. Pick a place with AC if you are used to it. I know many Europeans did not mind as our hotel was full of them..

we had ana amazing time on our family vacation here. never had to leave the property for anything. Amazing food and staff. already planning to go back in the fall. loved the small touches for the kids.

Wir haben dort eine Nacht verbracht während einer Fahrradtour. Die Unterstellmöglichkeit fürs Fahrrad und die Lade-Möglichkeit war optimal. Auch das Zimmer war klasse mit einer kleinen Terrasse und sehr guter Verdunkelung. Rundherum alles spitzenmäßig. Auch ein tolles Frühstück.
