This was such a cute place to stay. We loved our Leonard Cohen inspired room. It was so fun, playful and beautiful. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Camille & Chantal were fabulous during our couples massage. Breakfast & Dinner were excellent and beyond expectations at La Muse restaurant.

We had the Webster Suite for 2 nights. The room was quiet and comfortable. Having the extra space in the living room was a nice bonus and gave us a place to enjoy the excellent breakfast with a view of the waterfront. It was warm and muggy outside, but the two AC units kept the room comfortable. The folks we encountered were as friendly as could bet, and very helpful with info and directions, etc. The pub was obviously a local gathering place, and we enjoyed drinks and dinner. No problem with parking close by on the street. The location can't be beat. If we were to return to the area, there is no doubt we would choose this place again.

This hotel is in a central location in downtown Ottawa. It is walking distance to many restaurants, parliament hill and to museums and art galleries. The hotel looks like the early 1990s. The gym doesn’t open until 0800 which is much too late for anyone hoping to work out before their day is started. The couch bed is very old and uncomfortable. The bedding is also quite dated and worn. It’s nice that there is a kitchen. The hotel could do with a refresh.
