TV remote and ac controller would not work properly. Handicap parking is too far from entrance doors as overall setup of the property is not functional. Inside desk lobby area smells of second hand smoke from the egress—glad only have a one night stay…will not return or favorably recommend to anyone!!!

I've stayed in this hotel over ten years.. im not sure, if it's under new management or what the case is, but the girl that's usually at the front desk was not there.. And I encountered a very rude individual instead. After being told I was rushing her even though I was an hour after check in time.. i was sent to a room that immediately smacked you in the face with the smell of mold. I politely called down to the front desk and asked them to move rooms because I have pictures of the mold that was black, by the way. I was made to wait an extra thirty minutes for another room that smelled the same exact way.. but apparently was good enough, because the black mold wasn't showing on the air conditioner. Horrible horrible experience and after 3 vists every year for the past 10 years i think ill pass on this place
