The hallways smelled, the room smelled, and the air conditioning was on but non existent: it was well over 90 degrees and made for a terrible sleeping experiences. our cards wouldn’t work so we had to go to the lobby twice to get them fixed. No airconditioning in the gym room either. Just overall terrible. Would recommend this hotel to no one.

The property is in very poor condition. There is mold on the ceiling in the hallway, the chair in our room looked like it had been clawed by a cat and the room smelled like cat urine and litter. Expedia did reach out to the hotel for us and they came to offer us a new room, but our daughter was already asleep and we didn’t expect another room to be better.

The hotel is quite dirty both in common areas and in the rooms. The walls of the bathroom are stained, the coffee is terrible, the alarm clock is an hour early (small detail but meant I woke up at 430 instead of 530). There are no locked doors in the entire place which is kind of scary. The phones in the room don’t work. There wasn’t enough soap and usual toiletries or towels. And it was impossible to get into the building when we first came (annoying). The room smelt of wet dog and cigarettes. The bed was fine. The breakfast is normal. Other than that. Ok

This hotel is absolutely filthy. There were stains on the sheets, walls, toilet, and pillowcases. There were small fleas flying in the room. The room smelled of chemicals. The air conditioner did not work. The toilet did not properly flush.

We were really impressed with our accommodations. We were debating between this hotel and one that was $50 cheaper without a pool and decided to book this one with the pool just in case we had time to swim. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the entire experience and look forward to returning for our future trips to Pittsburgh.

There’s an old, musty smell in the room — you can notice it as soon as you walk in. The furniture and interior are quite dated, and there are water stains on the ceiling. I'm staying in Room 139. There’s a door next to my room that supposedly connects to the hotel’s main entrance side. There's a sign saying it can be opened with a key card, but I tried multiple times, even after changing my card, and it still wouldn’t open. So every time I want to get to the main entrance, I have to walk all the way around the outside of the building, which is quite inconvenient. Honestly, hotel prices in this area are pretty high in general, but this place doesn’t feel worth the price.

Check in was fine. Staff friendly and efficient. The room was dirty. Sheets and towels clean. Bathtub had a tub ring. Sitting on the pot I could see spots of dirt on the wall and the grout around tub was dirty, the door was hard to open, it sticks. Had yo hold the toilet handle down until it flushes. This was the most expensive on our trip but the dirtiest. Disappointed in this Quality Inn,
