I always stay at a Marriott. This property was clean and the staff was wonderful. Our room was a little dated. And didn’t have all amenities as others Marriotts. The tv didn’t work great or took forever to load. The tub was slow to drain.

Here is the good part. We had a big room. It was quiet. The price was fair. The bed was comfortable enough. On the other hand. Our room was not acceptably clean. The service was aweful. It’s not a great location. Parking is $50 bucks a night although the lot is empty. I would find somewhere else next time, in fact I am starting to think Marriott is not for me.

I would like to note the friendly staff at the reception, a fairly varied breakfast, a large room and bed, the bathroom was a bit disappointing because the water in the bathtub did not drain well. However, when we told the reception about this problem, the supervisor was concerned about the problem and said that they would fix everything for future guests.

The rental had someone living there. Clothing were present, food present, bathroom was messy. It’s as if someone didn’t vacate when they should have. We were unable to get into the property due to this so had to request a refund and go to a hotel.

Nice Hotel-Great Location

After booking this hotel, I was a bit nervous about our stay due to the negtive reviews on others sites. We were pleasantly surprised and didn't experience any of the problems shared recently. The hotel was clean, the front desk employees were nice and arrival/check-in went smoothly. All 3 elevators worked with no wait. The room was modern and clean. The restaurant provided great food and drinks, and the included breakfast provided a lot of delicious options. We were able to easily walk to PNC Park for a baseball game. It was a good stay with family.

Everyone was very friendly from the time you walk in. Many options that come with the breakfast buffet which is free with your stay. I would like to see French toast or waffles, but they had an omelet station Room was ready and they allowed an early check in which was great after a 5 hour drive. The parking is 25 a day which I feel should come with the hotel room stay and not have to pay extra. Starbucks right outside of hotel and about a 25 min walk to downtown and to PNC ballpark.

My first room had this old glued plastic in the tub. Wasn’t acceptable so I moved room. It was better but the sheets were too small for the bed. Used a top sheet for the bottom. The refrigerator didn’t work properly. No tv to speak of. Showtime was it
