After staying here I'm honestly surprised it has a higher rating on this site. The hotel is located in a less favorable area near the freeway with the road leading up to it full of potholes and cracks. The facility itself is updated but clearly has at least 10 years of wear. There were 2 holes in the wall in my room, the mounted nightstand was askew from its wall mounted and would move if touched. The room reeked of cigarettes coved up by incenses. When I initially checked in at around 3:30p the room they sent me to was still being worked on by staff, the large housekeeping bin with trash bags and towels left in the middle of the room and bedding for the bare bed left on the windowsill. The woman that checked me in was nice and apologetic (not her fault) saying she the cleaning staff had not told her they were not done with that room. I definitely wouldn't recommend a staying here.

Man art check in could not even take out his headphones. Very unhelpful and rude. Room smelled funny and was not super clean, smelled like someone was just in there before we go there with bad B.O. Did not feel very safe when we got there at 8, several men standing in parking lot driving lots of beer..

Negative- only a thin sheet on the bed - no blanket in the room, shower needed to have a thorough cleaning - moldy shower floor and door, kitchen had no supplies. Guest had to go to the front desk to request any supplies and they were just handed to us -no bag or other way to transport them. Breakfast was one of the worst I have seen. Elevator floor was dirty as was the hallway. Only one elevator worked for a 6 story hotel.No coffee maker in the room. Staff folding laundry in the front lobby. There were other issues but I will probably need another page. I am just happy that the hotel was close to family and we did not have to spend much time there. Avoid this hotel

Nice Place

I like the hotel, and the size and comfort of the room was very good. I had a problem with the fact they called them self an extended stay hotel but were unable to provide me with basic utensils (cups, glasses, coffee pot, ect.) for a long stay at a hotel. This is a good hotel to stay at but not for an extended period of time.

Extended Stay fans...

I would love have to given an excellent rating across the board, however, we had a king size bed for 2 adults with only 3 pillows that were as flat as pancakes. It was very late when we returned to our room, so unfortunately, we were too tired to address the issue. In the future, please consider the number of adults checking into the room. We also reserved a suite and there were no extra blankets available in case we wanted to relax in the living room section of our room. Everything else with the property and room was excellent. We love Extended Stay properties and plan on returning to this location soon. My hopes are that these issues are addressed before we return.
