I loved the room bed wasn’t comfortable. The shower glass was dirty it had old soap stuck on and and a lot of water marks😳 i didn’t like that I tried to order in restaurant down stairs and they didn’t have not one potato not good for a big restaurant. Lastly I pulled up to hotel and was charged $32 for valet parking that’s crazy.

Homeless person came into the hotel lobby and sat in the lounge couch across from us, asking for money through PayPal. None of the hotel attendants in the lobby paid any attention, and let it happen. The room was partially cleaned. I've never been to a hotel where they partially cleaned a room. Very odd. The staffs abrasiveness can be less desirable. Probably won't be back to this location.

The service was suboptimal. Lack toiletries, inordinate slowness in providing toiletries when requested. Slow service at the breakfast room. I had to look for someone to help us at the table.

Staff were very nice and the hotel was quiet. Rooms were clean and my family and I had excellent rest while in the room. Coffee shop behind the hotel was good as well. Times should be posted for breakfast in the restaurant as we thought we had time due to information from the website but they gave us some muffins for the confusion. Great stay

This hotel is nothing like the pictures. My room floor was so dirty that I had to wear shoes even after I got out of the shower. The pillows were so hard that I have a neck ache all day. 100-% polyester sheets and I covered my area in the bed with the extra towels because it was like sleeping in plastic. The restaurant is depressing and zero people in the morning so I found somewhere else to get a coffee and someNo working area in the hotel and also

Great location, safe neighborhood. A lot to do, eat and see in the area. The hotel itself, however, is ok. The service is not the best, especially when it comes to the restaurant/bar area. They don't have the best attitude either. Would I stay there again? Probably, but I would look elsewhere first.

The property itself is a nice smaller hotel in a very walkable neighborhood in East Liberty. The hotel is extremely understaffed and the staff there clearly do not want to help or provide service. My suite missed housekeeping services only be told they were gone for the day and focus on check outs when there! I had NO soap in either bathroom of my suite. When asked on the phone I was told to come down and get a bar at the desk as no one was available to bring any! The bar staff person was no better. Her main concerns were when she opened and when she got off work. There is no management ever on sight apparently. The entire staff needs to be fired. Nice hotel otherwise.

Indigo by IGH, East Liberty, PA

We enjoyed our visit. East Liberty’s neighborhood is in transition. It was dirty in the alleys and side streets. The hotel was one of the brighter spots. The decor was charming, but worn out. Our lounge chair was broken and dirty. The room and bath were clean. The TV was too small for the space and hard to see when in bed. The bed was ok, good pillow! Loved the size of the shower and bath in our King Suite. Staff was Amazing! The food was good too. Hats off to the cook! We like the Baker Square town center. It was a lot of fun. The Food was mostly fried , but there were salad offerings. They had a Jeni’s ice cream, but we bailed after standing in line for 40 minutes. We will check back in a couple years.
