The parking and air conditioning was good. The a/c control was easy to use. The pool area was nicely maintained but it was outdoors and not useable in the fall.

We love staying at this property. It is our go to when we come to Pittsburgh for a long weekend get away. Close to dining, shopping and the property is well maintained. Nicely landscaped in the pool area. It’s very affordable and they serve a very good breakfast in the morning. Staff is very helpful and courteous.

Our stay wasn’t the worst, but it was far from great. There was a strange odor throughout the hotel. The gym was decent, but also had a strong chemical smell, like it was recently renovated and rarely used. The breakfast was mediocre. It was great that it wasn’t far from the airport. We were able to coordinate shuttle pickup, however, the shuttle option on their automated system provides parking information, not shuttle information. I was able to call the operator to ask about it. They were helpful, but may need to be trained on what information needs to be provided when someone inquires about the shuttle. The woman I spoke with asked, “What do you want to know?” I think being prepared with the truck color, wording, pick up spot, and details for shuttling back to the airport would have provided the best customer service in this scenario. When we checked out, we were told the shuttle only picks up to go to the airport every hour, which would have been great to know ahead of time.
