The room was spotless. Everyone was super friendly. The access to the restaurant Revel was fantastic and the food was out of this world. All of the surrounding construction was a challenge, but didn’t diminish our great experience.

Although construction in the area was quite noisy, and when we checked in, it was Halloween night and there were a lot of people out till 3 o’clock in the morning, screaming and hollering on Forbes Avenue, our check in to check out, went extremely wonderful! I want to give a shout out to Emma, Jasmine & Andrele at the hotel, and to Darien, Jimmy & Bri at Revel, there was another young lady with long hair @ Revel behind the bar that was fabulous!! Everyone demonstrated great customer service skills, Bri was a little slow on the uptake at breakfast on Monday however, she warmed up & provided good service. The Hilton Garden Inn is extremely clean, the beds are comfortable. The rooms are nice size. It’s just a little noisy right now as stated with all of the construction at market Square. This hotel is conveniently located. Downtown within walking distance is so many restaurants, bars, there’s a CVS right across the street and the T station is right around the corner. We would definitely come back to this hotel in the future due to the hospitality that we received from all the employees and the cleanliness
