The A/C in our room sucked, we were hot all night long so were multiple other people. The front desk lady was rude and insulted my intelligence saying that I didn’t have the intellect to understand how an air conditioner works. Was absolutely ridiculous.

OK Room but not worth the price

The stay was good. However, for the price, it wasn't what I expected. I have stayed at 3 hotels in that aea, with this one being the most expensive, but it was not better than the other 2. I was hoping to get a comfortable bed but the bed was very firm. Breakfast was good. I will probably not stay here again just because I know I can get a cheaper room and it is just as good.

Awful experience

The whole stay was one problem after another. The hotel has a lingering smell in the halls. Our toilet in our room would not flush and we let the front desk know right away. We never got the toilet fixed or moved to a new room. We got the run around the whole time. We had to use the public access bathroom in the lobby. I contacted the manager and no reply. The hotel itself was just ran down. Upkeep has not been good there everywhere I looked was stained and broke down looking. I will not book at this location again.

A Wonderful Choice

The complimentary breakfast was consistently marvelous!! Daily there was a choice of 2 flavors of waffle, an assortment of pastries, 3 assorted cold cereals plus daily oatmeal and yogurt. Additionally there was hot foods consisting of a meat, an egg dish, potatoes or biscuit & gravy. The bed was very comfortable. There were many restaurants in the area in addition to a harness racing track, a casino and outlet shopping. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Room rate was very reasonable. Very pleased.
