Dirty carpet

I had an excelent stay over all. The property is huge with lots of parking but nothing walking distance. The mini market didnt have any medicine like Advil… water filter was working but you could see the light red by not being changed the filter so its unsafe to drink from there. My room had cookies crumbles on the carpets and gummy bears. My dog found you : (

This place was PACKED but the staff did a very good job of managing it. I was disappointed that the hot tub was more of a cool tub. It was one of the reasons I selected this hotel. I hope they repair it in the future.

Most of the stay was great. However we had issues with our toilet where the water in the tank kept running but not filling and the toilet not flushing. We had to call 3 times during our 2 night stay to have it repaired. Also on our checkout morning we were awaken by a knock at the door at 7:30 am from housekeeping to see if we still planned to check out that day. I was not happy!

The initial room had a clogged wash basin, and the swimming pool bathroom was in poor condition in the morning. Surprisingly, no one attended to it until after 10 a.m. While the hotel looks appealing from the outside, more attention should be given to cleanliness inside the rooms and in commonly accessible areas.
