Everything was amazing during our stay. Valet and front desk staff were incredible! Walking distance to our event at the paints arena! The bed was uncomfortable and the drinks in the lobby restaurant were over priced but the bar staff were great !

Old and nasty.

Dirty and dilapidated. Food left in refrigerator from previous guests. Curtains didn't work. No one working breakfast. Pool ceiling falling apart. I've stayed at nicer places for $20 per night. This place was $200 per night and gross. They have me a hard time at check in too. What a joke. I'll never stay here again.

Hotel was great. Staff was excellent and very helpful. The only negative thing I would have to say is that they need more mirrors in the rooms. As a family of 4 with myself and 2 teenage girls… one small over the sink mirror in the already small bathroom was not enough for us.
