Quiet comfortable stay

This was a good place to stay. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. It was a compact room which really was compact. The location was very good. We did not use the valet parking as there were lots close by that were more economical and you didn’t have to wait for the valet. The main reason for not giving 5 stars were that the AC was not working when we arrived in our room. We had a bit of a time crunch but but they were able to fix it, but it took some time. The other thing was lack of housekeeping over the 2 nights. Trash doesn’t get emptied or things like cups, loo rolls…things we had to ask for. Having said that, housekeeping was very prompt. Very friendly staff at the front desk. Overall I would recommend staying there.

Room floor was dirty with unknown white stains, pet hair from a previous guest stay. No toiletries provided. Staff was room when I called the hotel (woman). Staff was on her phone on check in. We were put in a 300 square foot room that felt like a closet. For $250 a night this is not worth it. In the hallways of 7th floor, dirty bedsheets and trash containers were not timed or picked up for at least 12 hours we were there. They just sat in piles in the hallway outside two different coridoors. Infectious disease risk, bacteria, viruses potential and the breakfast was way overpriced for bacon eggs and some toast. We’re never staying at this establishment every again and I don’t like Hilton now for the poor conditions/ negative experience here.

Great staff and great location. Loved the lounge areas, easy comfortable work or regroup space. Some work needed on the details. Had to ask for some things to happen like room being made up and our first room was ridiculously tiny. Fortunately staff was able to accommodate a switch. Random issue, no hooks to hang your towels anywhere and the smallest shower I’ve ever used.

Stay here every year for the parade. Parking is outrageous for a weekend and my friend paid twice as much thru Hilton a year in advance and they wouldn’t adjust the room. Restraunt is not good

It was our first time in Pittsburgh, we were here for fun. Although the city is beautiful, and rich in history, I wish our hotel experience would’ve been better. We were around the corner from a County Jail. The hotel was not too clean… room was very compact, and there was definitely no such thing as a room with “city view”
