Room was good but there was weed smell in during check in, one of the stairs, and hallway on 3rd floor. Some one was banging doors whole night. Elevators were not working next day morning. Overall bad experience. Did not expected this from hotels.com as their review was excellent.

I was surprised the hotel wasn’t in good condition. The door to the room stuck as you opened it and you had to push it hard for it to open completely. The bathroom door looked like someone broke it. The entry light didn’t work. Shower gel bottle had water in it and the dispenser was not clean. While sitting my car drinking hot coffee all of a sudden the bottom of their cup broke open burning my leg and spilling coffee in my car. All these concerns were given to the staff and messages left for the manager but he has not contacted me to make some type of adjustments on our bill. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay there again.

Overall good

This property was a bit worn... However it looked like they were working on some renovations in places. The room itself was again, a bit worn with some ceiling damage, and a few baseboard tiles loose, etc. However, it was very clean, smelled good/clean, and had a comfortable bed. It also had a nice little fridge, amd good lightening. The air conditioner also worked well. Overall, a fine room for my stay.
