Lousy breakfast, no fruit, bagel, danish, or yogurt. Lamp shade in room 219 chipping away. Mold in bathroom tub. Super slippery tub, no bath matt available at front desk. No refilled soap or products in tub. Why won't the independent owners invest and respect this property, upkeep it by having good quality control. Room felt damp. Room dark, not enough light. Poor reviews in Expedia not taken seriously for years, yet same feedback. And the price, why am I paying 260 per night?!? A very bad first BW+ experience.

Quick easy stay north of Pittsburgh, close to lots of restaurants and shopping in cranberry. Have to check out Bartram house bakery!
