Our cleaning staff was excellent! The only issue was that we encountered disgruntled employees about tipping bc we didn’t understand the culture. Once we found out the customs, we didn’t encounter the attitudes anymore. Jerome, the employee at the beach/pool was awesome and needs a raise. He is the best part of the resort!!!!!!

This is an older hotel with OK-to-bad service. They did not know what a VIP Expedia member was, even though Expedia says that this is a VIP hotel, whatever that means. Had a leak in our room in the middle of the night from the AC. It was the less expensive option, so I am not complaining as I knew what I was getting into. The food was good, better than expected.

The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. I was very pleased with my room. The overall atmosphere was excellent.

The whole property was very clean and well maintained. Food for the most part was excellent. Staff was very nice!

It was a nice basic hotel. Our tv in the room didn’t work. We were told “by time as you leave the replacement will be done”. Front desk staff were wonderful. I probably wouldn’t do it again.
