Room was nice and clean, front desk was nice and professional. One of the elevators was broken, which did cause a longer wait on 2 occasions. Parking was a nightmare. I paid $58 and it was extremely stressful and frustrating. Please, please fully review the hotel’s parking video and info before you book. If you set GPS to go to the hotel, you will not be able to park at that location. Instead, have your GPS take you to the parking garage directly (if you are bringing a car). It is an extremely busy and hectic area and if you are unfamiliar, it could cause undue stress.

Excellent location for my purposes. The suite was very clean and spacious. We were delightfully surprised to find an extra half bath and washer dryer in our suite. We were 4 adults who slept comfortably. I would stay here again.

Really fun hotel, great location, great staff and amenities.

For an older building, it was very well maintained. Obvious age in the building is noticed with some slanting on the floor, the non soundproof walls, and the smaller elevator, but other than that the hotel was superb :) . It was so clean, the front desk was always super friendly, and the location is spectacular. Everything we wanted was within a 20 minute walk. We booked the stay for the bruno mars concert and it was only a 10 minute walk to get to BC place :) Only cons were: - the older tiny tv. Definitely a blast from the past watching cable on it. - very minimal lighting. Not a huge problem during the day thanks to the large windows but it made getting ready at night a little tricky - AC was sometimes spotty. It definitely worked but some nights it didnt get as cold as other night. We would definitely stay here again. The price, the location, the cleanliness, and the vibe made it so so worth it -

Quiet, comfortable room. Shared bathroom.

Room and staff were wonderful. We enjoyed the heated pool, but the steam room was a little worn and outdated.
