Pino Torinese Vacation Packages

The rooms are cleaned every day but the rooms are not well maintained, the shower cabin has a lot of mold and dampness. The air-conditioned filter was full of dust as not cleaned in years. The mini fridge in the rooms was more like a cooler . Staff is not always welcoming and they have a weird policy that every time you leave the building the key of the room must be dropped at the reception which i find very odd. The bed was definitely not comfortable. Breakfast is very poor but it was the only chance to have breakfast because the hotel is located in a remote area, closest "living" area is at least 2kms away.

Shopping food sites people.. great stay

Checkin was very easy. We checked in late and the late check in was communicated effectively and it was very easy to access the flat. The parking was easy to access as well. The staff was very kind as well. The location is perfect in the city center. Close to cafes, restaurants, shopping, public transit, and museums.

The furniture and bed(s) were unappealing, mattress was poor. Old and tired. TV was a 24" computer screen with very few channels. Breakfast was average at best.

Ripped bed, sheets were old and shower didn’t work dishes for breakfast were dirty

The hotel's in a sweet spot where you can stroll to pretty much all of Turin's must-see places. The staff here are really welcoming and super helpful whenever you need something.

it is a nice hotel that is well located but it could be improved to a real luxury one , the breakfast was expensive and not very good, no parking but overall a nice place
