The room was not what I paid for

The people are very nice and safe place stay. Cleaning people are sweet as they can be.

Have stayed here multiple times took 10 minutes for staff to come check me in. No towels at the pool. Breakfast accommodations were poor. The waffle maker was broken and the juice machine was broken as well

The people were nice, they allow pets, breakfast was pretty decent. But the hallways were very warm. No airflow. The beds beat us up all night. Too hard for us all. Even a lady in the elevator mentioned it. But the showers were wonderful after a long day. Even though it’s dog friendly there aren’t many places for dogs to do their business. There are a few homeless walking around also.
