Muy bueno, buen ambiente, la piscina buena aunque muy fría, desayuno delicioso, solo lo ofrecen fines de semana. El cuarto muy lindo y limpio. El matre es muy duro pero para el precio todo estuvo bien. Los empleados son muy amables.

The room wasn’t all that clean the bathtub was dirty and the card we used to pay for the room was changed an extra 90.00 dollars that was not approved I want be staying at this property again

Overall it was OK. The staff made up for the hotel itself. It was dirty not maintained well and what they called breakfast I wouldn’t serve to an animal. The room was some what clean just not maintained with damage and functionality. Our room was missing the security latch however we travel with an extra lock for protection that is tamper proof.

Several outlets in our room didn’t work including the one that controlled the fridge and stove and we had to wait several hours before it was fixed. We were told that breakfast would be served between 7-9 but when we got down there around 7:30 AM the guy was just now starting to cook everything in the back and bring it out one by one. It wasn’t until about 8 AM before all the food was out and it was not prepared properly. You can tell he was new and left alone to do everything front desk and breakfast. The pool was green. We stayed for a total of three nights no one came in to change our trash or give us fresh towels. When we ask for the linen for the pullout, we were given one flat sheet and another sheet to cover up with but no pillow or cover. The beds were hard and made our backs hurt after a couple of nights. The room was spacious and a convenient location. Not a terrible experience but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again … I feel like for the price my family paid we could’ve been more satisfied somewhere else.

The hotel's renovations are average, some areas are missing paint, the breakfast is terrible, most people threw away their food and many of us went out to have breakfast elsewhere, there were no towels at the pool, as advice they suggested they stop the breakfast service or improve it completely.

Room is clean hotel overall is clean. Complimentary breakfast was terrible late one morning and what was set out was barely cereal. Water did not get hot enough for a bath.

We didn’t stay. Booked online and when we got there we looked at room. The place was nasty. Pool was green. I will not ever book there again!!! Place needs to be condemned

Had to wake front desk attendant to check in!

Well once we arrived to check in the front desk attendant was asleep in the lobby. I had to wake him to get checked in or get my room. I was given my key card for our room to find out that it wouldn't work in the door because.... It was already assigned to another guest!! So I had to return to the front desk and wake the front desk attendant up again because they were already back on the couch fast asleep. We were finally able to get a room. None of the exterior doors locked so every outside door was accessible to get into by the public. Very little security or staff. Pool and hot tub are not maintained and look nothing like the pics. They are disgusting. Breakfast was meh. There was rarely anyone at the front desk to help with anything.

No hot water in our room. Room dirty bed clothes stained. The pool was supposed to be heated it was cold, the hot tub was cold outdoor pool the pump or something was not working couldn’t swim there. The breakfast was nasty and the 2 guys that we encountered there was lazy and rude and oh the phone in room did not work

Room was dirty, no housekeeping services. Not enough towels for our stay. Asked for more towels and was told the front only had 10 to ration out. Would not recommend. The property is not kept, cigarette butts outside, trash laying around outside the property. Balcony of room dirty. Will not return.

Check in was easy, called to make sure we were still coming, and understood why we were coming in later than expected! Place was a little dated, but it was decent. Will definitely be going back.
