Comfortable spacious room. One of the best beds I’ve ever slept in. Food choices were mediocre. The front desk staff was extremely friendly as was the valet. The roof deck and speakeasy were unexpected for a small town boutique hotel (I mean it is a Hilton) The general ambience was exceptional

The hotel is very nice for the area, which is undergoing revitalization. There are a lot of dining options, the historic district, and a few shops within walking distance. This is good because parking is not readily available. There is another company that does the valet parking for the hotel (there is no other option, unless you can find street parking), which does the transaction via text messaging and a website interface. This worked ok, but I think I only tipped one of the valet's and was expected to tip both (or each time the car was retrieved). The cars are mostly parked in the lot across the street from the hotel.

It may look a bit sketchy driving there but do not let it change your mind. This hotel is fantastic. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. It’s a refurbished building so it has a lot of nostalgia. Beautiful. Clean. Rooms are updated and nicely tiled clean bathrooms. Cozy bed. They have a rooftop bar and a basement speakeasy. Would stay again for sure. Very close like a mile to lots of restaurants.

Wonderful

Beautiful hotel with excellent restaurants. Rooms were spacious and the showers had plenty of hot water without waiting. Daily room care that is unusual these days.

I chose this hotel because it was close to Blues Alley and I was celebrating a birthday. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Most of the staff was warm. Front desk was friendly and helpful. I wish I was told that Alex speakeasy stopped serving dinner at 1130 when I made my reservation through the front desk. The valet guys were great and helpful. The hidden fees… whew 2 credit processings fees, taxes on top of taxes fees, destination fee and destination taxes . The rooftop bar was a little overrated, service was a little cold. Maybe that’s the culture of the town. Cute but crowded so make reservations. I would go back.
