The limited availability of stay options in the area makes them slack I believe coz they have business no matter what. The property is very old and needs much renovation.

We stay here every time we visit Peterborough which has been monthly recently and are very satisfied. I do wonder however if they exercise control of the AC overnight as the room gets warm and I never hear the AC through the night no matter how many times I get up.

This property is not an accessible property, parking was terrible, steep concrete steps leading from the parking lot. They offer a complimentary breakfast which we were not able to take advantage of, as there is very little seating, was located in a very uncomfortable cramped area! Also, there were discarded needles on the property outside on the grounds!! The rooms had carpeting which was dirty and outdated, pillows were terrible the worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The front desk staff were lovely, only positive! Would not recommend this hotel.

A great hotel but not for the infirm or elderly

The hotel was very good; having the Kelsey's restaurant attached was a real bonus. BUT the bathroom was definitely not designed with older or disabled people in mind. The side of the bathtub was high, making a bath and/or shower very difficult; the toilet was VERY low. It would be good to have some "accessible" rooms with walk-in shower and raised toilet on offer.
