Easy to locate along the road. Its an older property but its well maintained & reception staff are very friendly & efficient. Our room & bathroom were very clean with everything we needed. To have onsite parking is a very big plus & the purple cat stop just outside the motel is brilliant we used it to travel into the city day & night. Will definitely stay here again

Comfortable modern facilities

Kings Park Motel is an older motel but with freshly modelled rooms with all the basic conveniences. Check in was easy with friendly staff. We had no trouble finding parking. The rooms were a surprise with how fresh they are, with a beautiful modern bathroom, kitchenette facilities & multiple comfortable beds (which is sometimes hard to find what we want when travelling with kids). There is a bit of noise from the road at the front of the motel. A great smaller motel that does the basics really well!

Slightly old fashioned but well run motel with good facilities. Ideally situated for Kings Park, Subiaco and an easy drive from the Airport. Excellent rail services to Fremantle and Perth CBD.

The motel is in a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and equipment was spotless, clean. No noise, was quiet during our stay. The motel street entry (one way only) and exit of the motel was a bit inconvenient, but manageable. The entry to the rooms (second level) was a challenge with steep brick stairs only access. Not suitable for the elderly or disability needs. The outside night lights - well lit verandas, meant the room was bright during sleeping hours, it disturbed my sleep. Overall, a good place to stay for a one nighter.
