An excellent service at reception and checkout.
The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.
However, the room was on the main road, and above the bar, and I had a couple of poor nights sleep because of the traffic noise and the bar, even though I was on the 3rd floor! During the night, from either next door, the room above, I heard every time they flushed the toilet which sounded like a flood coming into my bathroom. These was the only things that spoiled the stay, so if I stayed again, or my friends do, I will suggest they request a room that's not on the main road.
A great bonus was the use of the business facilities which helped me considerably.
I didn't eat at the hotel. Even though this is a 4* hotel, I thought AUS$34 for breakfast was steep. There are too many other options, of great value, nearby.

The look and feel was great. In the current Airbnb age, it was a throwback to old days of excellent service. I was pleasantly surprised to see the room cleaned, bed made and new towels provided every day. This is how a holiday should be.

Spacious one bed apartment, could have been cleaner and needs an upgrade but overall not too bad. Had breakfast one morning, only about 3 other tables and the food was pretty average. Tasted like the bacon and mushrooms came out of a Combi oven and never saw a fry pan do hot plate.
Pool area is really lovely tho, very relaxing and a huge main pool, with an infinity pool next to it. 5 pools in total I think.
Good location near cable beach and a few food restaurants and bottle shop not far away.
