I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kalken. The front desk staff were amazing, especially the man with glasses that works at night, he went above and beyond to help me and was very kind. The room had everything I needed for my short stay and I enjoyed the packed lunch box ready for me in the morning for my el chalten day hike! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you again to all the lovely staff I really appreciate it :) Tuve una vacación maravillosa en el Hotel Kalken. El personal de recepción fue increíble, especialmente el hombre con lentes que trabaja de noche, hizo todo lo posible para ayudarme y fue muy amable. ¡El cuarto tenía todo lo que necesitaba para mi corta reservación y disfruté de la caja de almuerzo empacada lista para mí por la mañana para mi caminata de un día en el chalten! Definitivamente me quedaría aquí de nuevo. Gracias de nuevo a todo los trabajadores, lo agradezco :)

O hotel é maravilhoso. Muito próximo do Centro (3 min de táxi). Muito conforto, ótimo bar, drinks, comida excelente, piscina aquecida. Atendimento nota 1000. Existem outros hotéis ótimos, mas mais distantes. Recomendo esse.

Room was excellent, location was close to town amenities. Staff very helpful, breakfast was very good. There were renovations taking place during our stay, but there was very little disruption and the building crew were also very friendly. It was interesting also to see the improvements to the older part of the hotel

I stayed at Edenia Hotel and Nature with my two kids and we had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful, very well designed, and the decor is stunning. The panoramic views of Lake Argentino were breathtaking, especially during breakfast. The restaurant food was fantastic and every staff member we met was kind and ready to help. I’d definitely stay here again, and I’d recommend it for families looking for a peaceful spot in El Calafate.

It was a beautiful place. Great spacious rooms, amazing views, good location to be close enough to things bit also to enjoy nice views and quiet evenings, incredible staff and great facilities. The staff were so helpful and kind from pick up, welcoming to the hotel to leaving. I didn't expect them togive breakfast because I was leaving earlier than the scheduled time but they accommodated it without me even asking. It was very kind of them. I would definitely return and hopefully longer so I could make more use of the services available and sightseeing activities nearby.

the drain of Jacuzzi at suite room was overflowed with normal use at night. my clothes and electric devices got wet, but hotel manager said there is no issue and no compensation.

Great stop in Patagonia with a short 15 minute walk to town!

We had a good stay, hotel is very well located, right in the center of the town. We visited for 3 nights at the end of March. Rooms are clean, and very warm. When I booked we couldn't find double rooms anymore though, so we ended up with a twin. Breakfast is not very varied and mostly sweet, but after spending 3 weeks in Argentina I realised that it's normal. But overall we felt safe in the area, we could walk everywhere, and staff was friendly and welcoming.
