Needed to cancel my trip, called days before to cancel and all the way to my arrival time to cancel no one ever answered the phone now I’m being charged for my stay. Will not issue a refund because they don’t answer the phone.

Ceiling paint in bathroom peeling. The grout in the bathroom was filthy. The chairs were stained terribly. The only good thing was the bed was clean and comfortable. I would not recommend staying there.

Sid at the front desk is AMAZING!!! He went above and beyond his duties to help me and make my stay easy and stress free .. i had originally booked at another hotel but it had bed bugs and bad and i had arrived in canton late And had one hour before my first day at a new job and had driven all night so his kind and helpfulness was greatly appreciated. I booked and paid for a hotel room in advance. At the reception, I was given a key and went to the room. However, the room wasn’t prepared for guests—it still needed to be cleaned. I returned to the reception, and they gave me the key to another room without any issues. Overall, everything was fine, but I wish they paid more attention to cleanliness. The bathroom was a bit dirty, with hair on the floor. Everything else was clean. The room was warm and equipped with an iron, hairdryer, microwave, fridge, and TV. I didn’t have high expectations, so I am quite satisfied with this hotel.
