Would’ve stayed a second night but the room was …not good. Although a non-smoking room, it stunk like smoke. The tub was filthy. I didn’t want to touch anything. The “breakfast” was unimpressive and the styrofoam coffee cups were too small. I stayed here two years ago and did not encounter these problems. It has really gone down. Based on this experience, I will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

Okay, but needs work.

This hotel certainly has some promise but they need to reinvest some money into the hotel especially the bath rooms. The tub has stains in it from not thoroughly cleaning. The toilet was leaking all over the floor and the faucet leaked also. The room was clean and somewhat comfortable. It just needs an update. The young man behind the desk was helpful so that was good. The Continental breakfast was a little boring. It could also use an update.

Poor quality and service

Run down condition, brown things stuck on bathroom walls, desk chair with huge tear in upholstery. Breakfast minimal selection, no protein. Bed was pretty comfortable, but pillows were flat and old. Desk clerk missing for hours this morning at checkout time.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was great and had a comfy bed. The bathroom, however, was less than desirable. The sink didn't drain well at all, the shower was super hard to turn on because the metal piece kept slipping down. Neither the alarm clock or microwave clock were set to the current time.

I did not like the fact that the window did not lock securely! I did not like that the room was dirty. There was very limited breakfast. Noone stays at the front desk.
This stick is the window lock.
Stick keeping window from being opened from the outside. However the window still opened a few inches.
In wall behind door to hallway.
