The property was ran down, old, smelled like mildew and mold, elevators were terrible! Had to take the stairs... my room was on the 9th floor. Housekeeping walked in on me at 10am when checkout was 11am and I asked for late checkout the day before, which was at 12 noon. Our phone wasn't working and iur room was cleaned 1 time over the week long stay. I will not stay here again.

I wasn’t too keen to stay downtown because parking in the garage across the street was a little bit annoying, but let me tell ya— this staff was AMAZING! The service, hotel amenities, and pet friendly rooms were WELL worth the stay! I’ve never had such exceptional service before from a hotel in my life and I’m so grateful for their kindness and hospitality. Would absolutely book again if back in the area!

Hotel needs updating. Our room was dark. There were cockroaches around the pool deck, and mold around light fixtures in our room.

The hotel staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Three room was very clean. The only inconvenience was parking around the block in a bank parking lot garage. However the fee was only $10 a day so it wasn't that big a deal.
