Love the layout of the villas and the pool was great. The rooms are massive. The villa has 3 bedrooms but we only had access to one give we were a purple. The place unfortunately needs a lot of work and we had issues daily with the toilet and shower, The staff were very responsive to any queries or help. The location is perfect close walk to Seminyak square

I loved the Rama residence hotel! Will return. My room was beautiful! With exception of leaking toilet. The staff did everything in their power to fix it. All the staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Best pina coladas in Legian 😊 Wonderful roof top pool and laundry area. 🙏🙏

Great location. Friendly staff. Pool was awesome. Breakfast was included however was limited/simple, we didn’t bother eating here. Two treadmills (one didn’t work) and an exercise bike in the gym area which didn’t have air-conditioning - wouldn’t really call this gym. Overall a nice relaxing resort on a budget.

It was very clean. The staff are very warm and welcoming. The food is amazing. Its very quiet and not too far from anything.

Bali Rani has very helpful staff in particular the groundsman at the pool. It was only a short walk to the beach with ATM'S near by and in the shopping centre across the road. Only one disappointing incident when we had to wait 1.5 hours for a Bahn Mi roll for dinner along with others who waited 2 hours. This was a once off incident and staff apologised for the inconvenience. I believe they may have been short staffed that night as other people who had stayed there longer than us never experienced such a long wait before.
