The staff were excellent - very helpful and friendly. The only 2 issues were a toilet that ran all night that I had to work to get to stop, and the WiFi was very weak in our room. But I would/will definitely stay there again, particularly since my daughter who tried to stay in a hotel on the other side of the freeway had to go on to The Dalles because her hotel lost its power (like all the others in that area) because of fires somewhere. That happens all too frequently up in that part of Pendleton.

Room was nice BUT too close to the freeway so truck noise is very annoying.

The layout was great, all the amenities were up and running. No construction anywhere the employee's were amazing very respectful and courteous. I will be coming back again very soon. I really enjoyed this hotel. Only thing is i would recommend a sign mentioning that hotel serves all guest, I noticed a line of guest each time someone needed served....

The person at the front desk greeted me right away and was extremely nice and very informative about the food options in town. They have a bistro in the hotel too which is super convenient. I believe open from 5-10pm. Menu looked like it had a good selection. Close to shopping and highway.

Nice rooms

The check in was fast & efficient and the staff was very nice. Rooms are clean & spacious. The breakfast was disappointing for this hotel. We went to eat at 7:15 and the potatoes & eggs & gravy were cold. They weren’t making omelettes due to not having enough time to cut the ingredients up.

Was really looking forward to their breakfast. We got there right at 7 and food was cold and nothing was available for omelets. We were told that they didnt have time to prepare. Bisquits werent wven cooked. Very disappointed.
