I was surprised by a few item. 1- Facilities- bathroom had no fan and was hot. 2 Roaches in bedroom. 3 Amenties- No ice machine. Only a few ice trays in freezer. 4 Amenities- For a 4 day 3 night stay for two people, we received only a 1 oz bottle of bathwash. Coming back to the hotel at night at 1045 pm, we asked the person in the front office for more soap- He said "I don't do that ". 5. Next it states there is a shuttle to the beach, but it is not every day. For instance, there wa a shuttle on Thurs and Friday, but not one on Saturday. Therefore the rating I gave. The best vacation ever and the best hotel

Staff was great!

Loved this resort. The staff & services were top notch!!! Exceptional views from our hotel room. Plus the views from the main building sitting areas & restaurants. Nice beach - smallish - however, it was the right size for the September shoulder month crowds. The resort is in the midst of an ownership change soon. Plans may include shutdown for several months for upgrades & renovations to the property. There is alot of rumors about the next steps - I won’t repeat since I heard a lot of contradicting info. The professionalism & positive attitude of the staff was impressive & appreciated. Loved the food at both restaurants (indoor & Outdoor seating available). We were happy to pay for the addition of the Meal Plan to include Dinner at either restaurants. Reservations required at Ocean Grill.

Front Desk Clerk Melissa/ Melanie Was Very Rude When My Tv & Blender Didn’t Work. She Did Accommodated Me By Upgrading My Room, However She Was Very Rude With Her Nasty Inappropriate Response Because I asked Her What Happened, In Regards To Appliances Not Working.
