Booked an accessible room. It really wasn’t. Only accessible thing about it was a wall handle outside of the tub. One spot where tub met shower surround had mold. Fireplace was not functioning.

I was surprised with the cleanliness. It is a cute little spot, with a front and back door where you can relax. Also, I was pleasantly surprised at the comfortable bed. The front desk staff was sweet and accommodating!

The jacuzzi and fireplace were unique and fun. The overall property was very nice. The room was very comfortable but needed some updating and tlc.

Great location. Near lots of shopping and easy to find. The guy at the front desk did his job - and that was it. You might as well have been checked in by a robot. The weekend rate is very expensive for what you get. It is advertised as "Pet Friendly". Be advised the price you see on some of the booking sites does not include your pet. Be prepared to cough up extra money for that. This is just me, but I would have preferred a "Pet Friendly" facility to have laminated floors and leather-like couches so you could believe they had been wiped down and actually free of dander left by previous pet owners (I suspect the carpet and upholstered couch were not cleaned - but maybe? A few little things might help: Maybe more than one trash bin (and it's in the bathroom), maybe a chair to sit on as opposed to only the upholstered couch mentioned above,, maybe one extra hour open for the breakfast on the weekend? Having said all that, the facility was clean, and the location is great. For the weekday price it is a good value. For the weekend price I expected more.

Just off the main highway, but sitting back enough, and surrounded by trees, it felt like being out in the woods. It was a great place to stay. Comfortable bed, great pillows, lots of hot water!! Would stay there again!

Outside very clean & kept up. Room appeared to be in various stages of repair?! Missing outlet plates, rippled carpet with snags, limited outlets to use, outside light didn't work, WIFI didn't work, definitely older with some attempts to update, furniture old / worn - so overall feel inside was old & dated.

Great place to stay!

The service was great and the room was very clean. Had all the amenities you need. Cozy courtyard with table and chairs to sit outside and visit. Beautiful trees and lots of shade. The breakfast was really good with lots of choices. We will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was decent, nice location. Rooms could use some finesse. There were patched holes in the wall that weren’t painted and the carpet is old and folded. Door had large gap at the top and didn’t have an extra safety lock. Bed was comfortable.
