The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, convenient location. But I had no cell signal and the WiFi rarely worked. No cable channels either. Kind of a sketchy area at night.

Cielo House is clean and comfortable, and provides convenient lodging at a price below other motels in Paso Robles. There are no frills, but my wife and I like this place, and will choose it again.

Incompetent and rude

Arrived with my hotels.com booking receipt and confirmation. They told me they didn’t have my reservation. They were rude and mean. Offered no help. Even after hotels.combagent called them to go over the confirmation they insisted it was not in the system and did not give me a room.
