This property pissed me off so f*ucking bad. I drove 7hr and 15min from home, booked this place and had a horrible experience. The first room they’d given me had roaches. Moved into another room the tv or WiFi didn’t work. I checked in on a Thursday and was suppose to check out Sunday. You can bet your bottom dollar I checked out the very next morning. My children and I were willing to sleep in the car. I am still calling til this day looking for my refund. They act like they don’t in know anything about refund processes. This is suppose to be the quality inn, not the shitz Carlton. DON’T DO IT

After bringing all our belongings to our designated room, the key didn’t work. Then they switched our room all the way on the opposite side of where we brought all of our belongings to an ok room. We didn’t feel Comfortable showering without slippers because the condition if the tub. Then we had to leave to purchase breakfast because it was falsely advertised that free breakfast would be served. The pool was great for the kids but the chairs were dirty. This hotel Is outdated and can use a few upgrades. The best part was the kids enjoying the pool.

Spend a little more, your comfort is worth it

Needs a lot of remodeling and updating and security. What seemed like random people roaming the property late night yelling and calling out to others using profanity as if they were looking for someon. Walls and doors were patchy and could use replacing. Many of the metal elements such as faucets, vent covers were rusty. The shower curtain liner was mildewed and had mild spots along the bottom. Had to suck it up as I needed a late check in due to travel so I didn’t arrive until 11pm and didn’t want to risk not being able to find somewhere to sleep, I also just didn’t have the energy. But I would not stay here again

This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Upon entering the room, I discovered what appeared to be bed bugs in the bedding — I have clear photo and video evidence. I immediately informed the front desk, showing them the proof in person. In addition, the neighboring room had guests openly smoking marijuana right outside their door, and the strong smell came directly into our room — extremely unsafe and unacceptable, especially when traveling with children. Despite these serious health and safety issues, management refused to issue any refund. I had no choice but to check out the same day and find another hotel to protect my family. Guests deserve to know that this property failed to address or take responsibility for these dangerous and unsanitary conditions. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs.

This property is very dirty. Has a cockroach could not sleep all night. Cockroach was around also toilet broke down. They never come and fix it. They give me plunger to push it down and I did no maintenance at all. We had a wait one hour to get our room and it smells and management was so rude. I want my money back. Thank you.

Very dirty place. Bedsheets and blankets are torn and stained. Presence of cockroaches. The dustbin are full and overloaded. It’s the very last time I ever go there. They have an exercise room for fitness with no light , no clime , and old machine. Buying water to drink it’s so expensive in their machines. The worst experience ever. There was a jar filled with infused lemon , and orange. I tasted it. Pouah! It was gross and. That’s revolting how they can serve expired herbal tea.
