Pool was closed by 10 but online and In room it says 11pm. The girl at the desk gave us the keys to someone else’s room. We walked in on them. It was about a half an hour before we could check into our room between having to carry our bags all around the building and then waiting for our room to be open. We have to go up and down the elevator multiple times. She stated there was an entrance to the back so we drove all the way around the back just for the door to be broken and had to carry all her belongings all the way around to the front door. She was far away from the bed… Not that many breakfast choices…. The cops had to be called because of rowdy children…. The nighttime manager was very helpful and friendly.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I normally book an Airbnb when I go out-of-town but I am glad I stayed here. From the very moment that I arrived until the stay was over; I was greeted by your front Home2 specialist; Jackie and Jaime who made me feel right at home. I felt safe and cared for while away from home. Whatever I had need of Jackie had the solution from the food spots to how to get around the town. Both specialist were kind and caring. It was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean! Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, breakfast was DIY waffles the kids loved that part, the bacon was hard but everything else was really good! The room we had was awesome the kids loved it. My only complaint is the pool has too much chlorine! My skin was burning and was itchy I couldn’t take another swim session, but the kids didn’t seem to mind it, also the pool was a little cold but the room was heated so the kids didn’t mind. Would definitely book here again!

Nice

The bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast sat on sternums so long it dried and the pancakes were hard, coffee was rebrewed and tasted burned. But it was very clean, staff was very nice. I had the king suite with the kitchen. It was perfect, it had everything to cook in it. Location is good to avoid the city. I would stay again and cook in my room.
