Hotel Lobby, Hallways & Room were clean. No smell of Pot or cigarettes all over as is the case now almost every lower cost hotel. This one was great and served a decent breakfast, including sausage and eggs (My stay ended Sunday morning though not sure if it makes a difference). When near Wayne, NJ, stay here.

Nice average motel. Breakfast was good and coffee was available almost all day. Motel needs little attention. It’s old and it takes time to find your room around connected buildings. Staff were ok but cleaning staff were too loud taking to each other. They also have a small gym. No issue with parking. Heater was set to max of 70 so it was cold in the room
