Parkers Crossroads Vacation Packages

I wish I could give this hotel a zero-star rating, but unfortunately, that isn’t an option. My stay was a horrible experience from beginning to end. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and there were bullet holes on the window. The shower and its fixtures were in terrible condition. The sheets and pillowcases were not clean, and there were holes and other issues with the bedding and linens. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the walls inside the room were disgusting. You can see the dirt. The bed was also broken and made loud noises whenever I moved or got on it. Overall, the room was in very poor condition and did not feel clean, comfortable, or safe. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would also never stay here again.

This was the worst property we have ever stayed at. It looked nothing like the pictures and it was disgusting. We wouldn’t have stayed but got in late and there was a sign in the lobby stating no refunds. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and door. The desk had a lamp on it with mold on the shade. The baseboard was falling off and there were chunks of concrete missing from the vanity. The worst was the bed with dirty sheets and a duvet that had spots all over it and big holes in it. Also had a chunk of wall outside of our room that looked like something was slammed against it, missing entirely. There was a large crack under our door that we shoved the duvet into. No breakfast or pool as shown. Garbage cans on walkway were overflowing and never emptied..Many rooms were completely empty and they are trying to turn them into apartments. Do Not Stay Here!

Fantastic place to stay, nothing but good things to say.
