We were checked in to a DIRTY room. Sign at front door said no vacancy and with our late arrival had no alternative. At checkout the next day attendant heard my complaint(dirty floor, food bits, dried FECES on the toilet, hairs in tub and ALL over sink, dried crusty toothpaste on vanity) and his response was “the room next door said the same thing” He thinks then”system” marked the room clean. No refund or anything was offered. Would NOT recommend.
