We loved our stay at Fair Oaks! Very clean, breakfast was wonderful, our room was spacious and had plenty of supplies. The only thing we don’t love was the lack of house keeping. We stayed 2 nights and our room was never cleaned during our stay.

This was a handicap room. My 93 year old mother could barely get around in the room with her walker. A wheelchair would never be able to fit in this room. The room had smell of dog urine in several areas. I don’t mind paying extra for my dog but at least don’t make me smell the previous guest dog pee. Otherwise room was very nice and everything else appeared clean.

This hotel is perfect for a night's rest and then moving on. The premises are clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. It's a no frills hotel but what is on offer is perfectly fine and comes at a very reasonable price. Apparently pets are allowed but they need to remain in their cages.
