On Expedia it says that this hotel has a pool but when we got there the front desk lady said that they haven’t had a pool in over three months and that I couldn’t get a refund for my reservation. I showed her the Expedia website where it said that there was a pool at the hotel. She was very nice and said she wouldn’t charge me for the deposit. She was really nice and said she would make sure that they would get ahold of Expedia and get it changed. I will be contacting Expedia tomorrow morning

One night stay

One night stay heading for my son’s UIUC campus visit. It was beyond our expectations! The Mabager in the front desk super nice. The hotel is incredible comfortable and warm feeling. Clean, spacious and the breakfast was great, the espresso machine is wonderful surprise!

It is Bourbonais…. But no staff availability in lobby when need them… call but no answer… no black out curtains in room!!!! Glaring lights in room! I don’t know. Not my vibe. But no choice.

We had a solid experience here. Its a farily clean and comfortable room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was above average for a hotel. There is alot of restuarants and shopping within a mile.

We stayed only one night as it was on a road trip. It was fine for that reason. Bathroom was clean and updated. There were large stains on the carpet. Breakfast was typical hotel continental.

The room was dirty, floor needed to be vacuumed and bathroom floor was dirty. I asked for it to be cleaned Saturday morning, twice, but not done or clean towels. No bar of hand soap. Other guests said their rooms were dirty too. Short staffed. One lady running breakfast and working front desk and getting cleaning staff their orders. Which were clearly not followed. Won’t stay there again when visiting family In Bourbonnais.

Overnight stay on way to vacation

The hotel was extremely busy the one night we stayed with a festival going on along with baseball and softball tournaments. Once 11 pm hit, we didn’t hear much, so it was quiet. The breakfast had selection, but the workers weren’t quick to refill some items, so there were no pancakes to eat as the machine ran out.
