The room was nice and clean. Excellent quiet I was able to sleep and the food there was great. The chef cooks everything homemade so I had some really good fettuccine and it was very good so if you stay here, give it four stars five stars it’s a great

Charming B&B. Has its own entrance and our room had our own bathroom. It’s very clean and friendly owners.

The cabin was clean nice and peaceful. The restaurant food was not good. The taco cart was sold out of meat 2 days in a row only had chicken. Ponderosa is 20 miles away from Zion should’ve done my homework. We drove everyday into town to get breakfast and dinner. Will not stay there again when we return to Zion.

Great property in a convenient location near Zion at intersection of 89 & 9. Take 9 to Zion and drive through the long tunnel. Room was cozy. AC was a little loud but kept us cool in hot weather. Pets welcome! Thunderbird restaurant across the street served great food.

Stayed for 5 nights, housekeeping never came to pick up the trash or change out the towels/washcloths. The staff sent me a text asking if I wanted housekeeping, since I guess it’s the off season, even though it was 4th of July weekend. Responded as yes, never got them. Had to go to the front desk every day for something, even though I paid over $100.00 a night to stay there, in their “off season.” No breakfast bar, because of it being their “off season.” Half of the hotel is inexcusable for ADA, stairs halfway down the hall. Ice and vending machines out of order. Half of the equipment in the gym broken. Half of the games in the arcade broken. Swimming pool emptied during our stay. Just a truly lovely experience. Guy cleaning downstairs just moving the broom around one handed, not caring if he got anything or not. Guess this is what you expect from a hotel in the “off season.” Coming from Las Vegas, where we have the best hotels and staff on earth I guess it’s too much to ask for those standards. Yet we stayed at the Hilton right down the road from the Lodge last year, and guess what? Felt like we were in an actual resort. The night staff girl was amazing though. She actually seemed to care, but she could only do so much as she was the only staff member there from 3:00pm-11:00pm. She deserves a raise.
