The location was great. We had to change rooms because of several issues. The dead bolt didn’t lock all the way. The secondary latch was help on by one screw and literally broken. The toilet did not flush well. The seat chair was broken, leaning to the right so much it was unusable. They did change out room but it was a hassle to pack everything back up to move to a different floor. I hoped they would have compensated us in some way but they offer nothing but same type room on a floor with no ice machine. The ice machine use to be there but you could tell it was torn out. I enjoyed the beach but will not stay here again.

I think you checked all the boxes, except the air conditioner in our room was extremely loud and noise from the other rooms was too much! If you could add some room insulation it would be great! But everything else was good, it seems that you went above and beyond to make everything safe and convenient for all. And the breakfasts were great!!

"Exceptional Beachfront Stay with Family-Friendly

We stayed 6 days with family at this 2-star hotel in Panama City Beach, and it far exceeded expectations. The room was spotless, spacious, and quiet—with a comfy bed, full-size fridge, Keurig, microwave, and small sink. The staff were incredibly friendly, even sending text check-ins during our stay. The breakfast buffet was better than many upscale hotels, and there was always coffee, water, and sweet tea available in the lobby. Located right on one of the most beautiful beaches in the U.S., the hotel offers underground parking ($20/night), two outdoor pools (one a lazy river), one indoor pool, and a poolside bar/restaurant open until 10 PM. Kids loved the nightly outdoor movies and weekend live entertainment, including Hawaiian fire shows. It’s super kid-friendly, but also a peaceful retreat for retirees once families leave. Despite all the activity, our room was quiet. There’s a small store onsite, plus a convenience and liquor store across the street. Just note the $40 resort fee and $20 parking fee. Overall, we’ll definitely be back—this place is a hidden gem with outstanding hospitality!

Staycation vacation tradition

Staycation tradition We are locals and this is our favorite home away from home when we need a quick break The staff are friendly, there is a tiki hut and food on site. Live music free refreshments throughout the day keeps one happy and hydrated during summer months We first starting coming here when our son was two (I do not swim) and learning to run It was and still is a safe place for me to relax and still keep and eye on little man who’s is 8 now On site is a lazy river , 10 person hot tub, and wading pool, oceanfront, dive in movies, bonfires, Polynesian fire shows, full hot breakfast included in your stay We love it! We have celebrated reunions, anniversary, and birthdays here simply the best
