Got to the hotel at 3 o'clock. Told us we had to wait because they were cleaning the room. We get into the room which was 2 Queen beds beach view, 2nd floor with a kitchen. We go to the room. And has gum stuck to the floor food on the floor eye boogers on my bed with a eyelash.. Blood stain on my bed stove was dusty room was not swept. Love bugs all over the place. One top of the AC unit inside the room holes in the ceiling, no fire alarm. Went down. Complained, about be moved. She told me she was fully booked but moved. Another lady came back down.my husband Talk to the manager, he was apologizeing They are taking over the hotel. They're gonna fix it up. He did give me a free meal and 2 free drinks. When back to the room all they did to Is sweep, the floor did not get up. All the bugs change my bed. The gum was still on the floor stove was still dusty looked like its never been used and bugs was still on top of the AC unit. The ratings say comfortable beds, Yes, it has a great view.Beds are not comfortable, did not get no sleep.I was very disappointed but I will give them another shot.After they remodel, the staff was nice manager was apologetic. But on the downside, they tried to charge my card today and already paid them before the trip. And manager was nice apologetic.They're trying to fix the problem but he'll clean the rooms whose ever clean in a room's does not care and why? I had to wait for an hour while they were cleaning my room to get checked in when they did

The bathroom smelled terrible, and the shower was dirty with hair still in it. There were cockroaches in the room and tons of bugs all around the hotel. The pool looked filthy and unfiltered, so we didn’t even bother getting in. Customer service was basically nonexistent the front desk staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. On top of that, the hotel has no elevators, so we had to drag all of our things up and down in the Florida heat. Overall, this place felt more like a motel than a hotel.The only positives were the convenient location and the beautiful beach nearby, which honestly made up a little for the otherwise unpleasant stay.

Adorable older property. The location could not have been more perfect! Right on the beach!!! Really nice pool. The staff was great and allowed us to park and use the facilities during the day even though check in was at 4. Is definitely return!!!

This is an ok hotel but perfect for being right on the beach. We had a walkout room that was great for beach access and view. What it lacked was looking like the images and details on the website. We had no "laptop" desk as quoted. There were no chairs or additional setting in the room. But we were able to pull in the chairs from the porch area. Towels were small and light but we were given new ones every day. No cups or glasses were in the room. The soap in both the sink and shower were empty and were never filled in even though we asked twice. Also, only stairs, no elevator. Not horrible, but just letting you know. Also, a big surpise was the $50 a night deposit for precautionary damage. There was never anything about prior to booking, only came AFTER we paid our reservation/full amount. Also not told was the $5 per night fee for using a credit card. Overall, it was ok. Clean but old. Missing lots of little things, but if you want to just walk out to the beach, it is excellent.

My room was clean! No weird smells, bugs, or mold. The kitchen to my surprise had pans and dishware and utensils! We were only a two night stay but they brought us extra towels and toilet paper and dish soap. We had plenty of towels! My only thing I think they should add to each room is a broom. Being right there by the beach it did get pretty sandy in the room despite our efforts to wash off sand and not track it in. Also maybe a hook or two to hang things on in the bathroom!

Not sure I would stay again.

Pool was nice but the chairs are In need of a cleaning along with the deck area. Bathroom was worse than an outhouse. Location keeps this place going. Right off the beach and affordable. Tiki bar was awesome and the drinks delicious. But not open on Sunday. We had a ton of mold in the shower. The place is old and wore out. Needs a ton of cleaning and maintance. But overall it’s a good bang for your buck.

I use to take the boys 3 years ago to this motel...convient to places of interest...but the bathrooms were terrible..the tub wouldn't hold water even with the tub mode on. The caulking was smeared all over the tiles and mold all under the caulin and all over the tub. The shower curtain was full of tears and holes. There wasn't a closet or a place to hang up anything...

Never Again

The only thing pleasant about this stay was walking out the door straight to the beach. It was very dirty and staff wasn’t very friendly. The reviews did not match with our stay.
