On the beach but very outdated and need repairs.

Room ok dusty headboard bathroom had stains and mold. Window trim rusted out. Entire room was out dated and need remodeling. All metal such as shower head, door hinges were rusty, refrigerator rusty. Not newly renovated as advertised on website.

Was a great trip. Normally we stay closer to Panama City Beach enjoyed being further west and still close and easy drive to restaurants. The staff was great and very friendly. We will return.

I only gave this two stars because the staff was friendly and the beach view wa amazing!! The hotel itself was so dirty, the elevator smelled and room itself was pretty gross! The shower was so small I am 5’2 and I could barely move around in there,the towels were so old and thin. I feel like the hotel has not been remodeled since it first open. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The outdoor premises were adequately maintained and very nice. Pool and hot tub were closed for repairs. Commode in our room ran constantly and needs repair. Coffee pot quit working our last day. Very friendly staff. I would stay again
