Very nice people. Clean, well-cooled room on a hot day.

This is advertised as a hotel but is a motel. My daughter and I arrived at 9:30pm and there was no one there and instead, a sign to call a sister hotel. The light in front was blinking and I didn’t feel safe staying. I tried to get a refund through the hotel and Expedia as we did not stay and both refused. Absolutely terrible

Antonio at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. Greatly appreciate him and the rest of the staff.

It's a nicely maintained hotel but it is located close to a busy highway and traffic noise is considerable. During my stay the water went completely off in my 3rd floor room in the early morning and I couldn't use the bathroom or make coffee in my room. My plans for the day were ruined. I asked for some consideration on the bill from the desk but was basically ignored. I will not come back.

My daughter and i had a girls night there and it was fabulous!! We will be back!

The building and room were very charming and beautifully decorated. We loved our room, but if you have mobility issues or problems with stairs, it might be difficult to navigate. The staff was very communicative and the checkin process was easy. The location was perfect and the UVA grounds were easily accessible. The breakfast was delicious, and I can see why Farm Bell is a popular restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!
