We really enjoyed our stay here, despite it being short! The kids loved the pool and the slide. The room itself was also great; really nice to have a kitchen - would be a great place to call home away from home if you're staying for a longer period of time. Every staff member we encountered was also super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here!

Just spent 8 days here. The staff was phenomenal. The hotel has a gorgeous pool area split into one that is 5' deep and a shallower kids/family area that included 2 slides. The pool area was well maintained and clean and there were a lot of loungers and umbrellas as well as tables and chairs in covered areas to escape the sun. The pool was heated and amazing for an end of day swim. There is a nice little pool side bar with a nice selection of drinks (highly recommend the Lada Mango) as well a decent selection of pub style foods that can also be ordered to the room. Breakfast was available from. 9-11 and it was good as well. The hotel was recently taken over and one whole building was undergoing interior renovations but we never heard a thing or saw any mess. We were in a studio room facing the pool. It was clean but very dated and showed signs of wear. We didn't care because we weren't in there much except to sleep. Even the studio had a reasonably stocked kitchenette. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again, especially since the rooms will be fully redone by then.

The internet in room and at pool did not work. Mothers Day, there were people there that did not have reservations. No one was ensuring only guests were at the pools. All evening no TV was working, wifi down. Difficult to connect with family due to poor or no service. Unacceptable at a Hilton resort.
