This is the second time I stay in this hotel. The property itself is OK. They need to work on the hallways, but the rooms are renovated and they’re comfortable. The staff is nice and I love that there’s free parking but no other amenities and they have a nice pool.

It’s what it advertises and for the price it is amazing with the pool and hot tub. Was kinda put off at the old reviews but I did not find anything that they stated wrong. The $100 deposit is the only thing but even than I used my card and they didn’t even charge me. Rooms a bit old but hey it gets the job done for the price. Would go again

Stayed here for Stagecoach, fantastic property and was exactly what we needed. Comfy beds, quiet area, lovely staff. Especially appreciated the AC and the fridge in the room.

I will not choose to stay here again. The TV had no remote control, and there was no way to change the channel or volume. The floor was warped and not flat. The quality of the shower was very poor. The linens were old and threadbare. The location was great.

My train going to PS was changed to an earlier time, I tried to check in early, he wouldn't let me. Later that evening i told the same yound Latin guy I did notwant anyone going in my room for any kind of service since i had personal items laying around the room. I went out for lunch to come back and they went in my room. Also, you guys need to make the pictures online look like what the rooms actually look like. They look all nice online and old and vintage looking in person. There were bugs all over the bathroom too, so i wont be staying here again.

perfect location

It’s my regular motel in the city, and I always enjoy staying this place. It’s non frills motel located at perfect location close to downtown Palm Springs. Room is quite simple but clean and comfortable. Air conditioning works well, shower has enough hot water, fridge and microwave equipped, who can complain!

Cockroach infestation!

Infested with coackroacges the last 2 times I stayed there. This time they sold my reservation to a walk in. I had it booked for months and they acted as if they didn’t have my reservation.
